Board of Directors perform the functions of :
- Providing strategic guidance to management of DDA
- Formulating and reviewing policy
- Monitoring and evaluating the performance of the Authority against budgets and plans.
The board is also charged with the establishment and approval of rules and procedures for the appointment, discipline, termination and terms and conditions of service of staff. DDA Board of Directors hold office for a period of four years and are eligible for reappointment for another term.
